We expect our October sale to be much calmer and more efficient, helping us to get orders out much quicker than years past.

Will delivery times change?
Yes. We are expecting delivery delays of up to 5 working days. While delivery may be quicker, please be prepared to wait up to 5 working days before ordering.

Yes. We are expecting a delay of 5 business days for all orders placed during the sale period to be processed and packed. Please be aware of that before ordering. We will work to get orders out timeously, but a delay is unfortunately unavoidable.
Once your order has left our premises, tracking and delivery times should be as standard. Orders can only be tracked once you receive an SMS from the courier.
If you find yourself waiting longer for your order than normal, no need to worry. We are will get your order out as soon as possible.
No. Stock we have now for products will be the total we have during the sale period. Restocks will not take place. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to get all the items you want.
No. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it for you. That item can still go out of stock as it sits in your cart.
Although we try to keep stock levels accurate, sometimes the website will say we have more than we do. Should this happen with your order, you will be promptly notified.
Soon after order, you will receive an order confirmation email to verify that we have received your order and it is busy being processed and packed.
Once packed, you will receive a tracking information email. Online tracking should be available for viewing later that day from 6pm. You will be kept in the loop by the courier with SMS.
An unresponsive checkout page is likely caused by many people trying to place an order at once. This overloads the system and causes delays and timeouts. Please wait just a bit longer for any pages to load. If you still cannot place an order, we recommend trying to place the order at a later stage.
