Application:
Apply the eyeliner to clean eyes free of any make-up or cream. Let it dry on the skin for about one minute. If you want to add some extra colour, apply eyeshadow as normal. To alter or fix a limp, use a damp cotton swap while the formula is still wet. When it is time to remove the liner, simply wash off or use a normal make-up remover.

Pathetic, total waste of money. you cant use it on eye-makeup, so you have to apply it to a clean eye and the make up over it! then if you do that the make up covers the eyeliner. If you apply it to a make up eye then it doesnt stick. My Essence and pretty much any other brand doesnt work like this. I would like a refund. i only used it 3 times and its really shocking
