Apraise Eyelash & Eyebrow Starter Tint Kit, 3 Colours

Fuses colour pigment technology and beeswax with a rich cream base to penetrate deep into the hair shaft to provide radiant colour from root to tip. It is water-resistant, smudge-proof which lasts up to eight weeks. Kit contains everything you need to create vivid and transformative eyelash and eyebrow colours.

To achieve vibrant colour results, hair must be porous or processed before application. For best results, use on pre-lightened hair.
