Yes. The large number of orders expected during the sale period will incur a delivery delay of approximately 7 business days. We will work as hard as possible to get orders out timeously, but a delay is unfortunately unavoidable.
Order tracking will also be delayed. Orders can only be tracked once you receive an SMS from the courier.
Unfortunately not. The stock we have now for products will be the sum total we have during the sale period. Restocks will not take place. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to get all the items you want.
Delivery costs will remain the same throughout the sale. Free delivery will be provided for cart totals over R599.
Unfortunately not. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it for you specially. You are only guaranteed the product once the order has been placed.
Although we try and keep our stock levels accurate, sometimes the website will say we have more than we do. Should this happen with your order, you will be promptly notified.
Soon after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This will indicate that we’ve received your order and that it is busy being packed and allocated. Once packed, you will receive a tracking information email. Details of tracking will be delayed, but don’t worry as we have received your order and it will be delivered.
